About CATHY
For more than 20 years, I have provided neuropsychological evaluation and consultation services to patients in Central Ohio and neighboring vicinities.
My Experience
I have provided consultation, evaluation and treatment to patients with a wide array of neurological disorders since 1987.
I received extensive training in rehabilitation and clinical neuropsychology including comprehensive assessment, cognitive remediation, rehabilitative and traditional psychotherapy/counseling, and consultation. Much of my training was integrative with a strong emphasis on collaboration with other medical and non-medical disciplines. This has continued to be a defining aspect of my clinical practice to date. Extensive training in counseling, clinical psychology, aging, neuropsychology and rehabilitation psychology has provided me with skills necessary in working with diverse and complex neurological illnesses and co-morbid psychological issues. An area of specialty is Geriatric Neuropsychology involving both the evaluation and treatment of older adults with aging-related disorders.
Upon completing my post-doctoral fellowship in Clinical Neuropsychology at The Ohio State University, I provided clinical services through the department of Psychiatry for 2 ½ years. I pursued private practice in clinical neuropsychology. I am currently in my 21st year of private practice and hope to continue to provide clinical services to patients in central Ohio and surrounding areas of Ohio and neighboring states.
